Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

The Money Back Guarantee covers only packages that meet the following parameters.

1. Guarantee covers packages paid from March 6, 2024 onwards

2. Air freight packages only

3. Only packages with packages with Metro Manila Delivery Addresses are applicable

4. The money back guarantee is only for standard packages. (Class 1) Packages that require special handling and documentation (Class 2) and Sea freight packages are not included.

5. The 10 - 12 Business days start once the shipping fee has been paid. Weekends, Holidays, are not included in the count.

6. Once the package delivery has been confirmed to be delayed, the subscriber will receive an email from my-shoppingbox.com that a refund will be made.

7. All refunds will be made only to the credit card used in the transaction.

8. While the request for credit back will done immediately, the process usually takes around 21 - 28 business days depending on the subscriber's issuing bank.
