Why do I have storage charges on my package?

We hold your package/s in our warehouses for a period of 15 days from the date of upload to your My Shopping Box account. From the end of that period moving forward, we charge a storage fee of USD 0.20 per day until you’ve authorized us to send it to you in the Philippines.
