What if the goods received at the My Shopping Box US Facility are damaged?

My Shopping Box shall immediately send an email to you if the package received by its facility has apparent damage. A detailed description of the damaged package shall be given to you as well.

We will not ship out the package unless we receive an email from you advising us to do so.

You’ll have to contact the merchant directly and arrange for either an exchange or refund. Once you’ve figured this out, just let our customer service know.
