please be more detailed or specific where our package is, not just like the (Authorized) then "DOUBLE DOTS" ( In transit) then "DOUBLE DOTS AGAIN" and lastly the (Delivered). what are those "DOTS"?
i suggest do a bench mark like the LBC or other shipping company on how to track there customers' package/s in DETAILED. Thanks
Will it cost more to upgrade your tracking system?
Please upgrade your tracking system and customer service! If you won't listen to your customers, you will rightfully lose us. Right now, I cannot recommend your type of services as they aren't fully customer friendly. Please either hire yourselves competitive people to handle customer complaints and services or leave this industry.
