Via air shipment, it takes 10-12 business days from the date of authorization. Via sea shipment, it takes 45-60 calendar days.

Air shipment usually takes 10-12 days. It's already 20 days and still haven't get my package. This is not the first time my package was delayed. I will not use and recommend your facility again.
Amazon confirmed my package was delivered but yet two weeks later it's not checked to the system. I emailed four times requesting update but no answers. Terrible service. Will never use it again.
