What if the package I receive is damaged?

As a general rule, if the package received by the MSB U.S. Facility does not have any apparent damage, but upon receipt by the subscriber there is damage in the item, MSB is not liable at all for it. The merchant involved should warrant that the items to be purchased are in good condition and properly packed for international transport.
