How will I know if a package has been delivered to my MSB US address?

Please note that once a package has been delivered to your US address, it takes us 2-3 working days to upload it to your account. Once we've uploaded it, we'll send you an email notification.
 
The details will be uploaded to your My Shopping Box account with all of the pertinent information. So please ensure that you give the merchant your correct and accurate MSB US Address and Suite Number, to avoid any delays, misrouted deliveries and lost packages.

    Hello there, I was told that items I purchased from Amazon were received last delivered last May 8.
    I have not received word confirming your receipt thereof. Can you please help me locate them? Thanks

    Hi MSB — first thing off I appreciated that i have 2 shipments emailed to me for confirmation. However , upon checking , there is one missing item which is a TREKOLOGY pillow with tracking no. TBA107547918904. this was sent along with a medical kit and GSI Tongs- ahould be 3 items. Hoping this will be resolved soon as Amazon confirmed this was received by your receptionist or someone from burbank address. Please confirm if this was a lost item as I notified amazon of the incident. Also, hoping this will not add cost on my end as this should have been shipped together with the other 2 items which are very light but I was charged for 2 lbs . Also, hoping the shipping of the missing item will be expedited. I understand the holiday chaos for logistics but hoping this will be resolved soon and hoping u can revert on my email. All tbe items for shipping are meant for gifts .

    Any update on my amazon delivery last December 21,2021 with 1 missing item not included in the items delivered and shown in your email sent to me . It came in 1 batch but the Trekology pillow is missing. I have emailed twice but no one has responded. Hoping your customer service can expedite such as this was meant to be a gift . I never had this missing items experienced from other couriers and hoping this will be resolved soon and at least an email for updates will be done on your end. Will trust that MSB will be helpful and responsive . Thank you
