Are there any storage charges?

You have 15 days worth of free storage for each parcel received at our U.S. facility. This count starts when the package is first received and processed by the facility and a notice is sent via email.

If after the 15th day you have yet to authorize the shipment, you shall be charged $0.20 per lb., per day, from the 15th day until the 60th day.

If after the 60th day you have yet to authorize the shipment, we reserve the right to dispose of the unshipped goods/merchandise, with unpaid storage charges to pay for the costs.
